What is the reward program? 

The Naomi Lai reward program is our free-to-join rewards program that lets you earn points on your purchases for free Candle Cash. You get exciting perks like early access to select sales, plus bonus premium benefits that unlock when you earn enough points. We’ll even give you a gift for your birthday! Fragrance Lovers receive a free Large Signature Jar and Fragrance Fans receive a free Small Signature Candle on their birthday every year.

Do my rewards expire?

Yes. Reward points must be redeemed within 1 year and Candle Cash must be used within 6 months of being redeemed.

What happens to my points if I return a candle?

If a candle is returned or refunded for any reason, the points earned for that candle will be deducted from the customer’s reaward program.

What purchases qualify to earn points?

You can earn points on the dollar value (before taxes) of almost everything you buy at Naomi Lai candle company. Points are not earned on gift card purchases, taxes, or shipping fees. 

What is Candle Cash?

Candle Cash is a dollar off discount that Naomi Lai customers get by earning points.

How do I redeem my points for Candle Cash?

Every time you reach 1,000 points as a rewards member, you will automatically receive an email with a coupon for $5 in Candle Cash. If you earn 2,000 points, we will send you $10 in Fragrance Cash, and so forth.

When do I receive my points?

For online purchases made on NaomiLaiCandleCompany.com, your points will be added to your account when your items ship. This means that there will be a short period after you place your order where your points do not yet appear in your account. We’ll send a shipping confirmation email to let you know when your items are on the way!

Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?

There are a few reasons why you may not have earned points on a purchase:
•    You may have checked accidentally out as a guest when you made a purchase on NaomiLaiCandleCompany.com. You need to be logged in to your account before purchasing.
•    You may have made an international purchase. Only orders placed and shipped within the U.S.A. can earn Fragrance Family rewards points.

Can I use Fragrance Cash to pay for the shipping of my online order?

No, Candle Cash cannot be used toward shipping costs or tax.

Can I exchange my Candle Cash for cash back?

Sorry, but Candle Cash has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash back.

What’s the difference between Naomi Lai Fan and Naomi Lai Lover?

When you sign up for free to join the Naomi Lai rewards program, you automatically become a Naomi Lai Fan and qualify for all standard membership benefits. If you earn 1,000 points in a calendar year (between January 1st and December 31st), you will become a Naomi Lai Lover and unlock even bigger benefits!

What added benefits does a Naomi Lai Lover get?

In addition to all of the same benefits that a Naomi Lai Fan has, members who qualify as Naomi Lai Lover get FREE shipping on all $25+ orders, 1.25X points per dollar spent, and a premium gift for their birthday.
