DAMAGED ITEMS

Purchases made on www.naomilai.com may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days of shipment if the product is unused, and in new and original condition. Any products received broken must be submitted through our Contact Us Page or emailed to us at naomilaicandlecompany@gmail.com

Please include a photo of the breakage prior to safely discarding the candle, to be eligible for a refund. When taking the photo please show the item's label as well as the damaged area of all damaged items. Broken items are eligible for replacement once photos have been submitted.

Be certain to keep all broken merchandise until our customer service team has resolved your issue. We look forward to getting you taken care of! *In order to receive a replacement, we require photos of ALL damaged items.

 

Naomi Lai does not cover return shipping costs or services. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.
