At Naomi Lai Candle Company we take great care in packaging and shipping every order. Each candle is handcrafted in Florida by our small family team and we want to make sure it arrives at your door safely and beautifully. Thank you for your patience and support of our small business. 🤍
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are handcrafted and packed with love in small batches. Please allow the following processing times before your order ships:
• Standard orders: 2-5 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day
• During peak seasons such as holidays processing times may be slightly longer — we will communicate any delays via email
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number when your order ships.

• Delivery time: 5-7 business days after processing
• Cost: Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight
Free Shipping
• Available on all orders over $60

Expedited Shipping
• Available at checkout for an additional fee
• Delivery time: 2-3 business days after processing

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package every step of the way.

We ship using the following carriers depending on your location and order size:
• USPS — United States Postal Service
• UPS — United Parcel Service

We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier for your order.
PACKAGE HANDLING & CARE
Our candles are fragile handcrafted products. We take extra care to package every order securely to prevent damage during transit. Each order is carefully wrapped and protected before shipping.
If your order arrives damaged please do the following:
1. Take photos of the damaged item and packaging immediately
2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@naomilaicandlecompany.com
3. Include your order number and photos in your email
4. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
If you realize you have entered an incorrect address please contact us immediately at info@naomilaicandlecompany.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has begun.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it please:
1. Check with neighbors and around your property
2. Contact your local post office or carrier
3. Contact us at info@naomilaicandlecompany.com and we will do our best to help
We recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier for lost packages.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to make changes to or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible at info@naomilaicandlecompany.com. Once your order has begun processing or has shipped we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.
HOLIDAY & PEAK SEASON SHIPPING
During busy seasons such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, and Father’s Day please order early to ensure your candles arrive on time. We will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible but peak seasons may result in slightly longer processing times.
We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before any major holiday to ensure timely delivery.
WHOLESALE & LARGE ORDERS
For wholesale or bulk orders please contact us at info@naomilaicandlecompany.com to discuss shipping options and timelines. Large orders may require additional processing time.
