Returns
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Item must be unopened and in original packaging
- Item must not have been burned or used in any way
- Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery date
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns
The following items cannot be returned: candles that have been burned or used, items damaged due to improper use or storage, sale or clearance items, gift cards, and items returned after 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return please contact us at info@naomilaicandlecompany.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Refunds
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund please contact us at info@naomilaicandlecompany.com.
Exchanges
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To request an exchange please email us at info@naomilaicandlecompany.com with photos of the damaged or defective item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Damaged Orders
Received a Damaged Item?
We take great care in packaging every order but occasionally damage can occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged please:
- Take photos of the damaged item and packaging immediately
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@naomilaicandlecompany.com
- Include your order number and photos in your email
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

If your order arrives damaged we will always make it right — no questions asked. We want your Naomi Lai experience to be perfect from start to finish. 🤍
Wrong Items
Received the Wrong Item?
If you received an incorrect item please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost and provide a return label for the incorrect item.
Please email us at info@naomilaicandlecompany.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received.
Sale Items
Sale & Clearance Items
Only regular priced items may be returned or refunded. Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- We sent you the wrong item
- There was an error on our part
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking information.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
