All products sold on our website are handcrafted in small batches in Florida. Due to the handmade nature of our products slight variations in color, texture, and fragrance intensity may occur between batches. These variations are a natural part of the handcrafting process and are not considered defects.

• Product colors may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings and handcrafted nature

• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time

• We reserve the right to limit quantities of products

• Product descriptions are as accurate as possible but we do not guarantee they are error-free

All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

• We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay

• Payment must be received in full before we process and ship your order

• All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments

In the event of a pricing error on our website we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. We will notify you immediately and issue a full refund if your order is cancelled due to a pricing error.

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

• Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days after order processing

• Free shipping is available on orders over $60 with code FREESHIPPING

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

• We are not responsible for orders lost or damaged by shipping carriers

• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers

If your order arrives damaged please take photos and contact us within 7 days at info@naomilaicandlecompany.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Always practice safe candle burning. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from flammable materials, children, and pets. Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each use. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Naomi Lai Candle Company is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper use of our candles.

Our website and products are provided on an as is basis. We make no warranties express or implied regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information on our website. While we strive to ensure product descriptions are accurate we do not warrant that content on our website is error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law Naomi Lai Candle Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
